Freeze-drying.eu is a non-commercial website presented by PD Dr. Henning Gieseler who is both heading the Freeze-Drying Focus Group (FDFG) at the Department of Pharmaceutics, University of Erlangen (Germany) and GILYOS GmbH in Wuerzburg (Germany). The goal of this website is not only to provide an update on our research activities as well as the latest news in the world of freeze-drying, but to establish a network for all those of you who are interested in the various fields of the freeze-drying science. Get an idea about our research interests on our Research page and read a short article which will introduce you to the technology or scientific problems. Then see a list and description of our research equipment (Equipment) to get an idea about our machines and analytical tools. Or are you interested in the latest list of publications from our group?
